Top Weight-Loss and Longevity Stocks (July 2026)
Weight loss and the new healthcare giants.
The biggest drug story of the decade produced just four qualifying weight-loss and longevity stocks on our growth rankings, and the giants do not lead it. Zealand Pharma, a $3.2B Danish company growing revenue 143% a year, takes the top MGI at 63; Novo Nordisk, at $164B, sits second at 50, and $822B Eli Lilly comes last at 42.
Size is the reason. MGI weighs the runway ahead, and compounding from an $822B base is a harder proposition than from $3.2B, however good the molecules. A median of 47.5 says the whole cohort lands mid-pack despite the headlines. Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, growing revenue 133% a year at $6B, is the other small name in the group.
