Quick answers to common questions about Multibagger.

Using Multibagger

What is Multibagger?
A research engine that screens the global market, around 20,000 public companies, for businesses with the characteristics of long-term multibaggers, on two horizons: 10x in 5 years and 100x in 15 years. It judges each company as a business. It's a research tool, not a stock picker.
What's the difference between the 10x and 100x lists?
Two horizons with different bars. The 10x-in-5-years screen looks for strong compounders over a nearer horizon. The 100x-in-15-years screen looks for the rarer, earlier-stage businesses with the runway to compound far longer. Each is screened and ranked on its own.
What is Dig Deeper?
Our built-in AI analyst. Open it on any company and ask whatever you want about it: moat, runway, risks, the bear case. It answers through the multibagger lens, grounded in officially reported figures, in two modes: Deep Analysis and Fast.
How do I check a stock that isn't on the list?
Use the "Why didn't [ticker] make the cut?" box on either screen. Search any ticker or company and the analyst runs it through the screen and tells you how it measures up.
New here? Where do I start?
Start with The Hunt for the big picture, the Field Guide for the terms and metrics, and the Methodology for how candidates are screened.

The screen & research

Is this investment advice?
No. Multibagger publishes impersonal information about securities for general information only, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Do your own research and consult a licensed advisor before investing.
Are these stock picks? Will they go up?
No. Multibagger surfaces businesses worth researching, not recommendations, and makes no performance promises. The point is to narrow tens of thousands of companies down to a focused set, so you don't have to.
Why isn't valuation part of the screen?
On purpose. We screen for business quality (moat, runway, returns on capital, durability), not whether a stock is cheap today. Those are two different questions, and whether a great business is attractively priced right now is a call we leave to you.
How often are the lists updated?
We refresh the screens regularly as new financial data becomes available, and the company pages update along with them.
Where does the data come from, and how accurate is it?
Figures come from officially reported financial data. We work to keep them clean, but data can carry artifacts, so always verify against a company's primary filings before making any decision.
Why isn't a particular company on the list?
It may simply not clear the screen's business-quality bars, or it may sit in a market or category we exclude for accessibility or data-quality reasons. Drop its ticker into the "Why didn't it make the cut?" box on either screen for a read on where it falls short.

Plans & credits

What's the difference between Free and paid?
Free gives you a taste of the screens. Paid plans unlock every name on both screens, the full thesis on each company, the live filters, and a monthly pool of Dig Deeper credits. See Plans & pricing.
What's the difference between Deep Analysis and Fast?
Both are the Dig Deeper analyst, reasoning through our research framework and grounding figures in officially reported financial data. Deep Analysis is the most capable mode for nuanced, multi-step questions. Fast is a quicker, lighter read.
How do the Dig Deeper credits work?
Dig Deeper runs on a monthly pool of credits that refreshes at the start of each month (they don't roll over). Deep Analysis uses more per answer than Fast. You can top up or move to a higher plan anytime from your account.
What happens when I run out of credits?
If your Deep Analysis credits run out, the analyst automatically switches to Fast so you're never cut off mid-thought. Top up or upgrade to keep using Deep. You're never charged beyond your plan unless you choose to be.

Billing & account

How does billing work?
Plans are monthly or annual, handled by our payments provider. Change plans anytime on Plans & pricing. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at your next renewal. Annual is billed once per year.
Who processes payments, and is it secure?
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payments provider and merchant of record. Your card details go to them, not us, and we never see or store them.
How do I change my plan?
On Plans & pricing. Upgrades apply immediately (prorated); downgrades apply at your next renewal, so you keep what you've paid for until then.
How do I cancel?
Open Plans & pricing and choose Downgrade to Free. That's the cancel. Your plan and any remaining credits stay active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your account stays right here, so you can keep enjoying the Free plan indefinitely. Return to a full plan whenever you need to continue your value investing research.
Do you offer refunds?
When you downgrade to a Free plan, you keep full access to your paid plan benefits through the end of the current billing cycle. See our Terms for the full billing and refund policy.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, use "Forgot password" to get a reset link by email.
How do I manage marketing emails and notifications?
Turn product emails on or off anytime with the marketing email toggle on your accountpage. As we roll out notifications such as mobile push, you'll find their toggles in your account too.

See our Terms and Privacy pages for further details.
