Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Multibagger ("we," "us," or "the Operator") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the website at multibagger.app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Service:
- Account and contact data. If you join the waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address and authentication details (passwords are stored only as salted hashes by our authentication provider, never in plain text).
- Payment data. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive limited transaction and subscription status information; we do not collect or store your full card number.
- Usage and device data. We collect aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics such as pages viewed, approximate region, browser, and device type, to understand and improve the Service.
- Communications. If you contact us, we keep your message and our reply.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and the Service does not provide personalized financial profiles.
2. How we use information
- to operate, secure, and maintain the Service and your account;
- to authenticate you and remember your session;
- to send the research lists, updates, or notices you have requested, and to respond to you;
- to measure usage and improve the product;
- to detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or security issues;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the site. For analytics we use a privacy-focused, aggregate analytics service that does not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral ad trackers.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it. These include providers of hosting and infrastructure, database and authentication, transactional email, payment processing, and market data. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will seek to ensure your information remains protected.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account or waitlist subscription is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time, subject to limited exceptions required or permitted by law.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (note that we do not sell or share it). You can unsubscribe from any non-essential email using the link in the message. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below; we will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
We and our service providers may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
11. Contact
